• We work with private organizations that have substantive public-service efforts, such as a community-focused program, or that make significant charitable contributions;
• We hire highly skilled workers and only hire U.S. workers;
• We work for wages that are more in line with those paid in non-profit sectors; and,
• We give all our profits to non-profit programs that help those in need and help strengthen our communities.
